Note: JeepEnd event tickets are digital and do not ship.

Returns & Exchanges

Event/Camping Ticket Returns

Refund requests must be received by June 15, 2022 for a 50% refund, minus processing fees. After June 15, 2022, no refunds will be issued. Tickets may not be transferred.

Apparel and Accessories

Refunds are only available for products received damaged. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your items if there is an issue at hello@jeepend.com.

Event Cancellation & Inclement Weather

JeepEnd will not be cancelled due to inclement weather. Trail rides may be canceled on a case-by-case basis. The safety of our attendees is our number one priority.

If the event is cancelled, event ticket refunds will be given minus any processing fees and unrecoverable expenses.
